Sheet Metal
Mechanic Position Qualifications
- Able to work to close
tolerances
- Able to develop sheet metal
flat blanks.
- Set-up and operate sheet
metal equipment
- Do 100% inspection with knowledge of GD&T and SPC
- Be self sufficient and work as a team
- Be available to work reasonable overtime if required
including Saturdays.
CNC
Lathe Setup/Operate
- Blue Print Reading Skills
- Min. 2 yrs. experience in operation of
single and multi spindle lathe type turning machines
- Math Skills
- Experience with Okuma lathes a plus
- Able to work to close tolerances
- Able to use measuring instruments
- Knowledge of CNC Programming helpful
CNC Mill Setup/Operate
Able to set up and operate HAAS VMC mills
Able to Use measuring Tools
Min. 3 yrs. experience in operation
Knowledge of CNC Programming helpful

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Blueprint reading required. Min. 2 yrs
experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Basic CNC Computer language MATHEMATICAL SKILLS - Basic math
skills and GD&T
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
